It’s Easy just fill out application they got no interviews pass a background and drug test then wait for an email and you pretty much get the job you know the start date when you apply

Very easy. You have to do an online screening test. If you score well you will get to apply for the position. I got the interview slot around 2-3 weeks later as I was not ready for night shifts only day shifts. Keep ready all your documents, ID, SSN, etc. and complete the 1-91 before going to the interview. Prepare for the background check and drug test on the interview day. They explained
It was all online. Done very quickly. You answer questions about work experience. Then a personality assessment where you pick the best option based on your personal beliefs. Finally, a quick assessment where you follow the rules provide and sort items based on their code.
