First I got an email to reply my actual salary and how much I expected to get. A week later, I got the first tech screen over the phone. It lasted about an hour, replying all round tech questions: Microsoft, Linux, Networking, AD, DNS, DHCP, among others. About two weeks later I got a second call with two engineers, each one lasted about an hour. Both of them asked from mid to high tech questions, all round and windows based. Two weeks later I got an hour and a half phone interview with the Manager, he asked some technical questions and work experience related, and was told to wait if I get the face to face interview. It has been two weeks and I haven't got a response yet. Overall, the technical difficulties where a bit higher than I expected, but the questions are not made to flunk you, but to know which areas are you more or less qualified. The interviews have been fun and challenging, I am glad to get the opportunity to participate.

The recruiter called first for 30 mins analysis of background and profile review. Next they scheduled a technical phone call for approx 30-40 minutes .they only want to assess if you are able to handle the basic network and computer troubleshooting issues with the client.
