Very energy consuming and disappointing. The job description is exactly the same ambiguous one for all SA roles. You go through several interviews, most of them scripted interviews using techniques more than 30 years old. You don't really know whether your background and skills fit well with what they are looking for. It's a completely unbalanced interview where you are asked about what you have done in the past, what you are willing to do for them... but if you ask a question they don´t like, they simply say "I cannot answer this" or "we don't have more time". They make you do a technical exercise after which you receive no feedback. At the end of the process, they don't give you any feedback either why you were rejected, If you ask explicitly, they reply "we are not allowed to". I have been in interview processes with other companies where after all I got a great impression of that nice group of people and lament "hey, I would have liked to work togethere with these guys". That was not my feeling after the process with Amazon.
