It was very professional. It was a neat process no panicking and staffs were really polite. Questions were not much difficult, they majorly look for good communication and adaptability. Totally we had three rounds and the interview took place for a week.

I went on a 15 minute phone interview soon after applying. The woman was friendly and polite and asked a few relatively vague questions that screened for how I handled various circumstances in school/work.

Tell us about a time you could tell somebody was having a bad day. What did you do to help the situation? (Something along these lines)
The selection process includes two assessments. The first is divided into two parts: a logical reasoning test based on real work-related situations, and an evaluation of personal and professional attitudes. The second assessment is a written language test, tailored to the language required for the specific job position.

Pretty easy.. just have confidence and good communication skills . Had 3-4 rounds. Had tests to clear.. hearing, writing, speaking, reading. Sit with laptop and proper headsets so you can hear the voice properly. Also good internet is necessary.. and you will get through.. very easy
