- 3 rounds: portfolio review, whiteboard exercise, STAR interview.
- Portfolio review and whiteboard exercise were conducted very professionally.
- I’m giving a negative rate because I was disappointed with the STAR interview. The hiring manager was late 40min. She acted like she didn’t want to conduct the interview. She didn’t make any notes despite the fact that I was answering the questions with Amazon Leadership Principles in mind.
- Please hold managers accountable.
Employer scheduled me a phone call with me to ask about my general knowledge with cognitive science and my experience in design. and then didn’t invite me for the interview process or give me any follow up information

First there was an online workstyle assessment.
Once you pass that, you'll have a 1 on 1 Interview going over your portfolio and behavioral questions.
Finally it's time for the loop. For me this consisted of a case study presentation, whiteboarding exercise, and 5 interviews focused on behavioral questions.
