The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

The interview process at amazon is to assess "how you think" sometimes problem given is too difficult to answer but the idea is to assess how structured your answers are. you should also know what you have done during your previous jobs and projects and why is the utmost important thing to know.
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
