Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon (Romulus, MI) en jul 2018
Entrevista
There is no interview process.
You simply apply, and afterwards you select a preferred shift (based on your preference: set or variable schedule). If the shift is available you choose your first orientation date and time. Your employment and start date is CONTINGENT on you passing a drug test and background check. An estimate time of completion of such items is 3-5 business days, but can be longer while it can be case by case. If you pass your drug test and nothing flags in your background check, you'll receive a start date via email. Your "first day" is an on-site new hire orientation. This is mandatory. Amazon will say it's 3.5 hours, but it's really 4.5. It includes 4 modules and a hazardous materials training (HAZMAT). You'll have to take a test on the HAZMAT training and pass to start your first work day.

No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.

Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
