I went to the agency and filled out necessary papers. Proved my citizenship, took a drug test, and watched a 5 minute video about the warehouse work at Amazon. Before I left, I was told that if I passed the drug test, they would send me an email so I can choose a starting date. There was no formal interview. It was very easy to get hired here and I saw a red flag with that.

Easy you just apply and they will send u to do a drug screening. There is no interview just the drug screening. You will be let known if u passed the drug test within a week.

There was no actual interview. Online I picked which available schedule I wanted. Once I completed the process, I was able to schedule my pre-hire appointment. At the appointment I took a drug test and completed my I-9 paperwork. Shortly afterwards, I received my start date in an email.
