Applied online and received an invitation to come to a hiring event at the warehouse location. Sat in a room with all other candidates while they got everyone's social, etc. entered into the database.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
