The HR department first called me and offered me with terms and conditions, second interview with two parts, cooperation department and immediate superior. The interview itself went quite straight forward. Since I have prepared, the entire process went smoother than scheduled. I received the final phone call from HR again in a couple of days.

There are 2 rounds of assessments. One is on language ability, including listening, reading, speaking. The other one would be more focused on attitude test. There will be some simulated situation on actual working task with time limit.
