It was quite smooth but the follow up emails were late. It can take some time for them to reach out for interview. The interview itself is pretty easy. They only ask basic questions.

Applied online, they have you do a "tryout" to see typing speed, multitasking ability, etc.
Was invited to a web hosted overview of the job, and then hired almost immediately. It seemed most people were hired, not much interviewing.

Interview process took more than 2 months. Needed to wait a month in between the interview stages. Overall interview process is Very slow . There will be no response from them just a mail stating your interview results will be out soon.
