It was a total of 3 rounds: two telephone interviews and 1 face-to-face 3 hour long interview with 4 different managers (with a brief online quiz before that).
The HR team does get back to you very quickly. However because it took 3 rounds, the whole process is about 4-6 weeks.
Overall, it is 100% based on competency based questions, i.e. tell me a time where you...... So make sure you prepare using the STAR technique and focus on RESULTS. That is all that matters to them.
