Amazon contacted me for the job, and after completing the SHL tests they proceeded with a phone call that lasted for about an hour in order to explain me the role in more detail, ask me some questions about my professional experience, and so on. After that I attended the assessment day (from 9am to 4pm) with another 10 people. Amazon workers explained us the role from the inside, talked about their experience and how does it feel to work in Amazon. The structure was the following: one focus group where we had to show our interpersonal and analytical skills, three personal interviews for 45 minutes each one and one role play.
