It was a long process about 2 months. It was 3 telephone interviews, first one with the recruiting team, very friendly, just checking my background, however, the call was an hour after the agreed. The second one, with a Director Questions about why I have decided to study Ph.D. Third one with a Senior Manager, it was an awful experience, he simply did not answer the interview call and we had to reschedule the same day, this manager did not follow my schedule availability.

They use the STAR method or variations to answer with the situation, the challenge you faced, then the actions you take, and the result. If you don't use that format, you will not get positive feedback from the interviewer.

Recruiter screening friendly. Consistently great experiences with recruiters. Got HM interview but HM didn't do the interview. Guy who did lacked the background to assess my background in AI/ML. Amazon is now kicking people out of ATS for 6 months for related roles if you don't progress.
