Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Amazon (San Bernardino, CA) en oct 2016
Entrevista
Applied online. Passed assesment. Pass that and get a call back a couple days later to set up a group overview of amazon and the job details. Alot of people where there and they do this for a couple months just interviewing 200 plus people a day.
Tip. Its not formal! Casual. No cargos. Pants and nice t shirt button up.
After the presentation you go to talk to someone about your placement and scheduling. It kind of sucks right here because if that person if having a bad day. You wont get alot of help. This is almost like a personality test so be cheery ask them questions, dont be weird.
After that you take a photo. Smile. And look nice. Its seasonal but it goes a long way.
Then you go take a drug test. Mouth swab. You sit in a group at a table. Mouthswab for 10 mins. Once done you're free to go.
One thing first: I've read everywhere that it can take a couple weeks but no time to wait. Now on to the waiting.
Amazon force website checked for updates daily.
First 5 days(after drug test): "awaiting screening results"
Sent amazon force an email. They say I haven't missed a thing they will be contacting me soon. Ok
Next 6 days: "pending start date"
Cool passed drug test and background. And now I'm getting ready to start.
On day like 15 or 16. I check amazon force and my aplication has been updated from part time to full time. But now my application just says "aplication complete"...?
No help from amazon. I kind of just waited it out. 4 weeks later no call and its ok. I atually have a better job now.
In the end its a hassle getting in. My lazy friends got call backs faster. I dont know what it is they're looking for but it sure isnt hard workers.
