The recruiter contacted me and told the Technical Manager will call me . The interview went for 45 minutes for technical discussion.The technical person asked me more on the programming which was no where related as per the job discussion.
Today morning I got an email from the recruiter with the below details.
"I am following up with you regarding your recent interview with Amazon. After serious consideration, the Hiring Manager has decided to pursue other candidates for their role and will not be moving forward with interviews at this time.
Amazon’s policy prevents me from disclosing specific feedback from your interviews, so I am unable to share the details on the hiring decision, but please do know we appreciate your time and interest thus far.
We wish you well in your pursuit of new opportunities and thank you for your interest in Amazon!"
So disappointing and waste of time.

Online Test (Useless) , followed by telephonic interview round and then 5 rounds of Loop interview process where they will use Amazon leadership principles to assess you but they may not be interested to know your recent learning experience or preparation you are doing to meet your career goals.

First round is purely technical round and they ask for different AWS services you know or your past experience of working on Solution Architect role and how you designed the overall solution , During the Loop interview they will judge your based on your past performance (I find that approach is useless as in past we could not not done great work but it does not mean in future we will perform based on our past) , they will formulate questions on their leadership principle but they will not give you any human touch or expression which could make you feel they are not interested in your skills

Initially recruiter called me for a position I have applied for enterprise architect roles
After couple of weeks recruiter again asked me for slot and this was through online process
on day of interview I was called to make sure I am available and joining
Interview slot was for 60 minutes and interviewer asked my role and current experience before getting into technical questions

Entrevista
Applied onto the job portal.
First round was an online assessment.
Second round was a telephone interview where I was asked technical questions based on amazon leadership principles.
After that, I got an assignment to complete and submit before the final round which was a loop interview.
Had 5 interview in loop which went well except one where the interviewer was asking questions in which he had extensive knowledge rather looking at resume. This is a bit ridiculous.
