I had been to an interview in Amazon Bangalore and where one of my mutal friend had been working there and with her reffernce name and email I got the interview where at the first round the h.r who is a girl she pointed out at me in the last and asked why did u put the reffernce name and the person in the Amazon in begining said to everyone that if you're coming through a reffernce you should put their name and mai ID of the employee.
It is where I had put the name and the person who took the interview was ugly like a monster she was actually pointing out why did you put the reffernce name and she asked like do you know her in person I was like wtf is wrong with her if she is a friend of mine. Due to which I got terminated as of

Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
