I applied online and initially forgot that I applied. The recruiter called me for a phone interview about 3 weeks later. After passing that, you go for an in-person test to determine your English skills. Then I was scheduled for an in-person interview 2 days later with 2 managers. Average interview, typical behavioral questions. Recruiter took about 3 weeks to get back with me, offered me the position.
In total you would have 3 rounds, automated vasant round, HR round and manager round, scenario based questions would be asked in manager round, post which the HR would contact you to discuss package.

Really easy and straightforward. If you prepare yourself, you’ll get the job for sure.
Don’t forget to answer all questions with the STAR method and just be you! All they want is people that can learn and adapt fast. Speaking more than 2 languages is a total plus.
