The interview process was long, we have 3 interviews with manager each interview was around 45 minutes and the questions that they asked where about the amazon principles an you have to put an example base on your current experience.

Very hard interviews it felt like the jobs are almost innaccessible. I felt really bad during the interview and even i got prepared for days for this interview did research and everything

The Interview was about work situations inspired by Amazon's leadership principles that you can find on their website. You can have question indireclty about each leadership principle and you should answer with situation lived showing that principle.
1 screening, after one week 3 interviews in one day with different managers. The last one was with the hiring manager and it was difficult and long (+1h). She pushed me to the limits by asking many questions about my answers apart from the corporate questions.
