There were several interviews starting with the HR screener, then the person you would be working for, and then the head of the department. They were all very personable and spent a lot of time with you.
It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
5 rounds were taken and then they decided to change the process to re-take the rounds.
