Worst experience ever so far. Screening round + technical round/hiring manager round + VP round + HR discussion I gave my expectation ctc number after all the rounds HR said we didnt got approval, and offered me less 10% less than what i had in my hand, worst company taking lot of interviews and wasting candidate's time, If hr is not sure that they will be giving ectc, then they should've cleared this before all interview rounds. Stop fooling candidates and stop rejecting them after taking there documents, first you should be communicating with your VP regards to package approval and then take documents.
