1. Set up and interview with Altria recruiter.
2. Zoom interview 1 on 1 current job holder.
3. Panel Interview of 5 total. Behavioral questions with a request by Altria to answer in the STAR, SCAR., another acronym.
4. Call back to tell you that you have not begotten an offer may or may not come, but your lack of employment with said company certainly will!

Entrevista
Interview process is very challenging, however, it makes you think of your career and your accomplishments and brings out the best in you. If you can come up with certain past, job-related challenges that may have been the corner-stone of your success, you will do great. The greatest challenge is probably that you'll need to express yourself, both orally and written.
