Very poor management and reflective of a secluded and inexperienced hiring team. After submission and waiting two weeks, I received a text message asking for a video audition. I submitted a very clean and concise audition. No response back to texts, nor a response to leaving a voicemail. Very poor leadership and management. I feel I dodged a bullet with such a shoddy interview process and no respect for the time of potential high quality hires. FYI, I have more than 10 years C-Level experience, Ivy League grad and have scaled several Inc 500 businesses. No wonder that two months later they are still looking to fill the position...searching for a unicorn in space. Having hired hundreds of employees myself, common courtesy with a "thank you for your application but we moved forward with other submissions" is the correct method of preserving future hiring pools of talent. Zero response back via text, email or phone call is abhorrent.
