I have asked to take a test called PI survey before the phone interview. After that, a short phone interview has been taken a few weeks later. I have invited to the on site interview eventually. The on site interview consist of presentation, technical interview, and behavioral interview. At the end of the interview, I have taken the PI survey one more time.
