worst interview process:
Pathetic experience with this company, first round F2F technical interview got selected and they said second round will be skype call manager round they scheduled and cancelled 2 times coz of manger is busy they did interview again manager is busy instead of that manager one more technical round done. after few weeks finally manager round done but he is fine with my performance but he got confused with feedback's of first round and second round guys feedback. lot of misunderstandings between them such a worst process.
After few days HR called and asked to share all documents and payslips to share and i submitted all documents. all this process took more than a month. HR called and said we will release offer in a week mangers is busy, after that once in a week he calls we will release. all of a sudden there is no response, no reply for my mails and calls.
