I only was able to do the initial phone screening and I'm convinced this person's interview style is the reason the job has not been filled for months. She was extremely nice, however she would ask a question, you would answer and then would pause for at least 10-20 seconds while she took notes. This style threw me off and I feel I did not give a good interview because of it.
