Was one of many companies interview at the co-op interview days at my university. Had a 30 minute interview with an HR rep and an engineer. Good experience. Explained what the Birmingham plant specialized in. Very friendly and engaged. Called back to a co-op event with 10 applicants from different schools. Mix-and-mingle luncheon with HR and members of the engineering management team. Plant tour with an engineering manager was very interest and informative. Called back with a job offer the next week.

They asked a good amount of questions and they answered most of mine clearly, especially for the amount that I had. Very friendly during the process. At times it seemed as though they didn’t have the answers to all my question but they were able to get it in some way.

Entrevista
The interview was fairly long (~3 hours) with multiple groups of engineers. I had a good conversation with them and could only really talk about my hobbies and what made me interested in mechanical engineering since I had no prior work experience. I was also taken on a plant tour which was very interesting.
We met at the career fair and met for an interview soon after. It was very personable. I just answered like it was a normal conversation and it went great. Just try to get as much information out of the interview process as you can. There is a lot to learn about this company and it is important to ask questions.
