Applied thru a staffing agency. Gave me a job description for Integration requirements (SAP HCI and Boomi). Had an interview with HR and Operations Director. Was passed to interview with a couple of Success Factors consultants. Had great conversation and insights on the culture and expectations. Had final interview with CEO for an hour. HR and Staffing Agency followed up in a week with an offer, accepted and starting soon. Excited

More details of the job were given during the interview and varied extensively from what was advertised. Looks like they were trying to hire one person who can fill all the GAP's created by lately hired roles. Believe there must be a lot of politics in this work environment or the team does not support each other very well. Interviewer does not mind to provide feedback as promised but asked to reach her again and again by telephone. She does not pick up the phone either and her voice mail box is full. Pay will be $65/hour all inclusive and relocation.
