Applied by uploading my CV and entering my background information. I was then sent an email containing a personality test, 3 competency questions and a video assessment
Q. Describe a situation where you experienced a real risk of failure. How did you deal with it and what, if anything, would you do differently today?

Q. Talk us through an ambitious goal you set for yourself, and how you went about achieving it. We would prefer this example to be as recent and relevant as possible.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
