After submitting the application with some personal information and a brief description, I received the video assessment interview in about 4 days. The whole process of the video assessment was pretty awkward. Although I have prepared the interview questions referred in the reviews of other interviewers, the situation make me feel not comfortable to some extent. The time is hard to control, I only had about 5 seconds to read the title of every question. I guess the important tips I will give for other interviewers is that prepare before hand but not make yourself look like a repeater. Relax....

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
