The first round was a video interview of about 5 questions. Pretty standard - what do you think AlphaSights does, one strength and one failure, why you chose your major, and why you are applying for the position. It was very awkward talking to a computer, so take your time doing as much practice as you can.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
