My interview process was unconventional - long story short, I spoke with one of the founding Managing Directors and several Senior Analysts/Associates. It was not very tense, they didn't ask consulting-level questions. I think their goal was to assess if I would suit their culture, my career goal (and if it would fit with career at their firm), and my level of ambition.

Smooth process, first phone calls then zoom interview everyone was very nice and explained 1 person and then 2 people next round was very easy and comfortable would reccomend applying and seeing how you feel

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
