I actually was initially hired on as an intern and was hired on full/part time within 2 months of being there. The interview process was really smooth, I had two interviews for the internship, and on the second one I was given a tour of the property.

Willing to have phone interview and answer all my questions. Then in person 2nd interview. Offered job soon after.
