You have to take an exam called the CCAT which tests your IQ and processing speed. Then you do performance tasks or interact with an AI chatbot to demonstrate expertise. Then you need to have 2-5 different interviews with different stakeholders. Finally, you need to take a proctored version of the CCAT. If you fail that, your offer will be rescinded. The entire process probably takes 1-2 months.
