It takes about 2 hrs. You will know before you leave if you have the job. They do a thorough back ground and drug test. You get two months of training. They are not always honest nor organized about your hours.
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
