phone screening first, then a zoom interview with hiring manager. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from the first interview to the offer, and I feel like they do a good job with keeping you in the loop throughout the process

The interview was very relaxed and made both parties feel comfortable. Not difficult questions, they just ask you to be yourself and feel as comfortable as possible. More of a conversation than an interview
