Honestly, the first interview went very well — the female interviewer was professional, engaging, and genuinely interested. However, the second interview with the senior manager was extremely disappointing. He showed no real interest, seemed careless, and didn’t make any effort to understand or engage. I later found out he previously worked at a consulting company, and several people inside the organization confirmed similar negative feedback about him.
