Applied via LinkedIn. Phone interview within a few days. Live interview by the next Friday. Offer that Monday afternoon and started work in two weeks. Advise would be to listen carefully to the things the interviewer says and take it at face value. The culture is chaotic, much like middle school and can be frustrating. Don't expect to do in depth things and think deep thoughts. This culture is immature and the work is basic.

Extremely transparent. The company is forthcoming with every aspect of the hiring process. HR kept in contact throughout, and explaining next steps. And what they said would happen did. I am hoping this speaks to the entire company culture.

Foi um processo seletivo muito profissional. Além das entrevistas, foi feito um assessment center com 4 casos para serem resolvidos e com interação com profissionais da empresa. Tudo em inglês.

Todos os casos do assessment center foram bastantes complexos. Para mim foi altamente estimulante participar de um processo tão elaborado e em inglês.
