It is pretty basic -- 3 rounds of interviews, each with various stakeholders—behavioral questions.
There are about 2+ weeks between each interview, the offered stage, and the background check.
Honestly, I would avoid this company. They seem incredibly rigid in their processes and thinking about their business. Also, it hasn't helped that their stock recently plummeted by about 20%, and layoffs are likely to follow.
