The interview process will be different depending on the DCIO and who is giving it. There are no interview standards. Each business unit has a Manage and on any given day depending on the role they will interview accordingly. The interviewers are usually pleasant not stuffy and knowledgeable about the role they need filled. They will answer questions and like that you ask questions. Don't forget to ask them about their journey at Allstate many seem to appreciate that you include their who they are and what they do.
