The interview was performed on the phone. Allstate had 5 employees (Sr. Manager, Manager, Architect and 2 Systems Programmers) conduct the interview. Initial questions were targeting the Mainframe Network environment (TCP/IP and VTAM) and how I would plan, design, test and deploy network related changes. The second part of the interview consisted of more behavioral related questions. How would I react to specific situations. How do I feel about work related situations. How would I resolve conflict or disagreement in the office, etc.
