Phenomenal process from start to finish. I received a modern hire self paced interview the same day I applied. I found that part slightly stressful, but it definitely wasn’t the worst. I received a request for interview about 2 weeks later. Interview was great with 3 people asking behavioral questions about the job experience. A week and a half later I received a note that I would have an update soon, and then I received an offer the next week. I have worked with one recruiter the entire time who has been fantastic. Everyone has been truly nice and helpful! They have the interview and onboarding process put together, and they have made me feel very welcomed and wanted on the team. Best interview process I have ever gone through.

I received an email (from a no reply address) inviting me to do an automated phone screen. Answering questions asked by a synthesized computer voice was awkward. I was not contacted again and never spoke to a live person. Very impersonal process-not interested in working for a company that handles recruiting this way.
