I had 2 interviews. The first was an "on demand" interview which was just me recording video answers to questions they gave. I didn't hear back for a month but then got an invitation to a 2nd interview. It was a virtual interview with a engineer in a management position. The questions were far more focused on personality/behavior/interests rather than technical skills. I received my offer about a week after that interview.
