When you apply, you'll have to wait ~5 days to see if you get addtl email stating you are able to advance to the next step; "screening interview, OnDemand interview", have 48 hrs to complete! You do that! THEN, you have wait more time (about 2 weeks) to see if you'll be invited to INTERVIEW for them. THEN, you'll get an email saying they want to schedule a 1 hr interview, you'll be able to state your availability. Did the interview and waited about another week for an offer letter! (:
SO recap timeline:
Applied- late sept
Got on demand interview email-late sept
Got invited to interview for role-early oct
Got the actual email to state availability of when I could do interview-mid oct.. yes it was little lenghty process in my opinion..?
Did the actual interview, get paper and pen ready you will need it...-early november LOL
Was told to stay patient and would be updated with next steps-mid november
Schedule quick chat, talked about interview feedback-early dec
Finally received contingent offer letter to review -early dec! & yes I did truly receive an offer from them but I had recvd another offer from diff company a little earlier than allstate which led me to decline an offer on them. However, they were very nice throughout interview process! (:

Interview process was a series of online interviews that included a few claims examples. Interview process and back ground check takes over 3 weeks or so. Some questions require a decent amount of thought.
