At the time, pre-pandemic, I went to the office, met with the agency manager and he was impressed with my connections in the community. Being a soccer coach, teachers aid, volunteer at church etc.
It was a pretty straight forward process. Nothing outside of ordinary. It was good. I liked it. No complaints, seems like a good company culture. It was quite good overall.
