      There was a Interesting Technical round on the first day face to face. On competition of the technical round there will be Managers round. Second face to face .Till this it went good. Then they ask for documents on email mentioned Hi We like to thank you for the time you have spent with us. You have successfully completed Tech and Manager discussions. Please share below doc’s for the further process. List of Documents: Offer Letter of Current Company with (Salary Break up) Recent Hike letter of Current Company with Breakup of Salary Recent 3 months’ Pay slips Passport & PAN Card copy Education documents- 10th to highest degree marks card & certificates Relieving letters of past 3 companies, if applicable Proof of company stakes if any. If any offer in hand please share the offer letter with Breakup of Salary Scanned copy of your Photo Expected CTC Notice Period Total Experience Relevant Experience Note: All the documents submitted would be confidential and would not be disclosed. Please send the documents in doc/PDF/ZIP format. Do not send in rar format or google doc’s. Regards, After you reply to the email,they schedule an interview for HR. Parallel they ask you to fill a online form. And then they reply as Hi We are under process for Offer. Regards, Suddenly an HR call you at his own time and he ask you questions .This is an exceptional process for Allstate.First they ask you documents which is mentioned above and then Hr calls for HR round not for salary discussing. And suddenly they reply after wasting your 2 days of face to face and one round so called HR. For a immediate joining candidate that Hi I have received the feedback today, and sorry to let you know that, we are putting your candidacy on hold till further communication. Regards, And when I ask them why did you ask for the confidential documents which needs to be shared with the company if a candidate HR round is not clear .The reply is our process is like this and I am working here for last 7 years. So we aware of AllState.aThey basically waste ur time and give misguided communication by HR. No proper feedback.

      Entrevista

      I applied through a referral program. I went to Allstate Bangalore office in Ecoworld to attend the interview on Saturday. It was scheduled at 10 am in the morning, I was on time. After waiting for 1 hour my turn came. Interviewer introduced himself by telling that he does want to have a strict conversation rather would like to have an open discussion which was good to hear. I am writing this feedback hope one day he will understand how to take the interview. It was scrum master position, so as a scrum master you expect the interviewer at least follow the scrum values. The person was interrupting all the time in the mid of my answers which shows he does not follow the scrum values either not aware of it which is RESPECT. He was staring at me like he does not like my face. In the end, he told me it was a nice discussion and see you soon. But to my surprise recruiter came and told me it is negative(I am fine with that- company was not offering my expected salary). Suggestion to management, do not allow such kind of people to take the interview. It only ruined the company face value nothing else
