Interview was ok. There was one thing I didn't like: They told me that I would have been informed of their decision within a given time frame. That did not happen I had to reach out to them to find out and they didn't reply to me until 2 days after they had already reposted the position.

Entrevista
I received a phone interview first. Mainly regarding details about my resume, ex. experience and education background. The next day, they asked me to complete an online assessment. It is a call center simulator, testing quick response, basic math and customer service experience, as well as WPM. Then, it follows with an in-person interview with hiring manager, she is also the manager of the division I am applying for. It is an informal interview. She asked a couple of behavior questions, and discuss about what my daily duty will be, especially the challenge of this position. After that, it is employment reference check, then job offer.
