The application was online, and I was first contacted by a recruiter (where the HR company was based out of the Philippines therefore the person was difficult to understand). They asked me the standard interview questions such as how have you handled stressful work situations in the past, strengths/weaknesses, and we went over my prior work experience. I passed the phone interview, and was then was contacted by a manager who set up an interview at the office's location. It was an interview consisting of myself and 4 managers (including the main office manager). They sat on one side of a long table in a meeting room, and I sat on the other side. It was extremely formal, but they were very nice and inquisitive. Each manager took turns asking me a question. The questions were similar to what the recruiter asked such as: Describe a stressful work situation and how you handled it, describe a situation where you exceeded a customer's expectations, explain what tools you use to maintain organization (ex. outlook, etc). Most of the questions dealt with customer service since that is what the job is essentially. After the interview, I had to take a timed test that was mainly testing IQ and ethics. I believe the time to take it was either an hour or an hour and a half. About a week after the completion of the interview and testing, I received a phone call advising that I was hired.

Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
