The interview process consisted of a zoom group interview, followed by a second interview over the phone and a third interview in person. All questions were answered over the course of each interview.

How would I respond to a customer that is not interested in switching insurance providers.
It was pretty easy. Very straight forward. They didn't have any hidden questions. Asked about work ethic and where you see yourself in 5 years etc etc. Had 2 interview processes. Responded quickly. Easy to deal with.

Easy interview process. Worked with a third part interview company to begin with and then eventually met with the agency owner. Went through two interviews with the agency owner to discuss expectations and salary. Signed offer letter and started 2 weeks later.
