The interview process was fairly easy. I afford online, I was then sent an email to do an automated phone interview, which was easy as well. I was then sent an email to come in for an in person interview. Now this was where it went left. I was greeted by a manager to come in, she didnt really tell me about the call center, the position or anything, she just asked did I know about the position, she didnt even know if I spoke to a live person or the automated phone interview..she asked for a copy of my resume which I thought was weird..normally they would already have it.. she then asked some scenarios questions but she only asked like 5 questions & said that was the end of the interview. I believe they already had their mind made up because I was expecting the interview to be longer & sit with an agent. I was literally there 15 mins...2 days later I got the rejection email & just felt like it was a waste of time...wont be applying again...this is the 2nd time I was burned

1st interview was a 15 min call 2nd interview was questions using STAR Method. It was very interesting but using star method each time was a hassle for me. It did take only a few weeks to hear about interviews and a few days with offer .
